1.Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern all online payments made through the Business Arena 2026 website. By completing a transaction, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2.Payment Methods
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other payment options displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway provider.
3.Pricing and Currency
All ticket prices are displayed in MKD, unless otherwise stated. Business Arena reserves the right to update ticket prices or introduce promotional offers at any time. Any changes will not affect tickets that have already been successfully purchased.
4.Payment Processing
Payments are processed upon confirmation of the transaction. If a payment fails due to incorrect payment information, insufficient funds, rejection by the card issuer, or other payment-related reasons, the transaction will not be completed and the ticket purchase will not be confirmed.
5.Ticket Confirmation
A ticket is considered valid only after successful payment. Following a successful transaction, the purchaser will receive a confirmation and/or electronic ticket at the email address provided during registration.
6.Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing period.
7.Security and Fraud Prevention
We use industry-standard security measures and authorized payment service providers to protect payment information and transactions.
Business Arena reserves the right to cancel or refuse transactions that are suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or made using false or misleading information.
We are not responsible for unauthorized transactions resulting from customer negligence, compromised payment credentials, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8.Liability Disclaimer
Business Arena and the event organizers are not responsible for payment delays or transaction failures caused by banks, card issuers, payment gateway providers, internet service interruptions, technical failures, or other third-party systems outside our reasonable control.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses resulting from an unsuccessful or delayed online payment.
9.Event Changes
Business Arena reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the conference programme, speakers, agenda, or event schedule.
Changes to individual speakers, sessions, or programme elements do not constitute cancellation of the event and do not automatically entitle the ticket holder to a refund.
10.Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any revised version will be published on our website.
